SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

SATURDAY, 25TH SEPTEMBER:

Mabon Opening Ceremony (Joyce) - 7am, Saturday 25th
Gather at monument hill for the opening ceremony and lighting of the Festival Bonfire, then all will dance on the Hilltop and enjoy the music.

Story-telling (Rendal) - 8am, Saturday 25th
One of the traditional activities of Mabon is walking in the Forest. Gather at the riverside in Avon Valley and make your way through the forest and up the hill to the Fae clearing, where you can relax and listen to stories told by our Ard Filea.

Mage Demonstration (Biga)

Archery Contest (1ladysavage) - 10am -12 noon, Sunday 26th

Free for all/Last man standing (Henry) - 12 noon to 2pm, Sunday 26th

Dance at the Mer Temple (Leslie) - 3-4 pm Saturday 25th

Azora Melee/Combat Tournament (Lucy) - 4pm-6pm Saturday 25th

Building competition (Biga)

Mabon Thanksgiving Feast
Enjoy this bountiful daytime formal Thanksgiving Feast in the Castle grounds, feasting, dancing to the music of DJ Lucy.

Tarot Readings (Racia) - 3pm to 5pm Saturday & Sunday

Photo competition - commences Friday 17th September to 4pm on 26th September

Treasure Hunt (Brian) - commences Friday 17th September until 4pm on 26th
(Rules & Informaton Board outside the Inn and Marketplace)

Fishing competition (Leslie) - Continuous, 25th and 26th

Static games: dunking machine, kissing booth, kinife throwing etc (Travis) - Continuous, Saturday and Sunday

Mabon Closing Celebration & Winners Award Presentations (Ladyheart) - 4-6pm Sunday 26th September
